Meet Marie Gatti Clark
Director of Operations
Outside of her work as a technology consultant and business owner, Marie dedicates her time to outdoor activities like hiking, running, and climbing. These activities help her find mental clarity and focus on the present moment, serving as a form of meditation. She is deeply passionate about exercise, nutrition, and preparedness, believing that being ready for anything—from demanding work situations to unexpected encounters in nature—is key to navigating life’s challenges.

More About Marie

- Who I am professionally: Technology Consultant specializing in turning strategic visions and goals into manageable, prioritized workstreams and projects. My teams implement new technologies while streamlining workflows and maximizing efficiencies. I also am co-owner of Idaho Mountain Guides and my husband and I run a guest lodge based out of Atlanta, ID.
- My people: My husband! He is my rock. My dad has Alzheimer’s and I’ve been appointed his guardian and it is hard! There’s no way I’d be able to handle all the stress that comes with taking care of him without my husband’s help and guidance.
- I’m good at: Getting things done! Taking big goals, breaking them down into manageable chunks of work and getting things done!! I enjoy producing repeatable processes for the unknown.
- I’m scared of: Failure and letting people down. But really, who’s not!
- My furbabies: Snoop Dogg and Roxy! 2 adorable black labs that love to swim, fetch and explore the outdoors with me!
- My favorite self-care: Climbing big mountains. I love being in situations where I am forced to focus on the next step vs the next 10 years. It grounds me, it humbles me and it reminds me of how far I’ve come and how far I have to go.
- My hobbies: Climbing big mountains, hiking, backpacking, rock climbing and trail running. Also a volunteer EMT, Fire Fighter and Search and Rescue Tech.
