A Message From Our Founder
Sometimes the hardest part of the climb is not the trail, but the moments when we feel ourselves slipping into the dark. This month reminded us that we don’t have to climb alone — connection is the rope that pulls us back up.
Minutes of Movement with Coach A.K.
At Gr8ter Inc., we believe that mental health recovery begins with three simple but powerful pillars: Connection, Purpose, and Movement.
These pillars guide everything we do.
They are how we build bridges between individuals and their communities.
They are how we create pathways to hope where hope once felt unreachable.
And they are how we transform quiet, ordinary moments into powerful stories of resilience.
The Minutes of Movement program shines as a living example of what happens when heart meets purpose, a movement made visible through Coach A.K. Whittaker’s dedication and a community that believes in second chances. This program takes wellness beyond gyms, beyond storefronts, beyond traditional spaces, into a women’s correctional facility, where lives are being changed one minute, one step, one heartbeat at a time.
