As we take a moment to slow down and reconnect with ourselves this Saturday, ask yourself: What does my soul need right now?

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s make space for healing, reflection, and growth. Your mental well-being matters — and small acts of self-care can make a big difference.

Here are a few soulful ideas to inspire you today:

Welcome to Mental Health Month.

Each May, we take a moment to collectively turn our attention to mental health—a topic that, for many, is part of daily life, and for others, a conversation they’re stepping into for the very first time. This month gives us the opportunity to not just raise awareness, but to deepen understanding, share real stories, and build spaces where honesty and healing can take root.

As we prepared for this year, we found ourselves needing something simple: a pause. A breath. Because the truth is, things feel overwhelming right now. The constant hum of life, the pressure to keep going, the unspoken weight many of us carry—it’s a lot. If that resonates with you, know you’re not alone.

So we began to wonder: What does mental health awareness look like in 2025?

In an age where “self-care” trends and mental health hashtags dominate our feeds, it’s easy to lose sight of what true support—and true recovery—looks like. Are we slowing down enough to actually care for ourselves and one another? Or are we just scrolling past the hard parts?

That’s why this month, we’re doing something different. We’re launching a challenge-an invitation to step back from the noise and step into presence. It’s a call to realign with what matters: your well-being, your relationships, your recovery.

Because recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s layered. It’s nonlinear. It’s deeply personal. And it deserves more than just a trending topic—it deserves your time, your compassion, your belief that healing is possible.

Throughout May, we’ll be sharing stories, tips, pieces of our mission, wellness wisdom, and more—all with the goal of helping navigate the weight of stigma and support real, meaningful conversations around mental health.

But today, let’s simply hold space—for those carrying that weight, for those in the messy middle of healing, and for those showing up with courage, in whatever way they can.
